INTRODUCTION
The plastic extruder machine is a high speed, highly accurate with energy saving system ideal for plastic products like pipes, plastic profile sheets, thin film for tap plant etc…
The granules (plastic raw material) is feed into barrel through hopper. Barrel is covered by electric heaters to maintain required temperature & melt this granules.
Melted plastic material move forward by means of ball screw which is rotate by main motor and it is mounted in center of barrel zone. Speed of Main motor is controlled by VFD.
Material is finally pass through die having shapes as per products.
Final product is now come out from die and it will pass through take off or haul off zone to reduce temperature having air cooling or water cooling systems.
Temperature of each zone of barrel is maintained by PID controllers for good quality products.
