Job Description:

Join our dynamic team and drive growth in the Industrial Networking and Computing sector. We specialize in cutting-edge solutions focusing on applications in IIOT, SCADA, and server technologies across various industries including Automotive, Power Substations, Oil & Gas, Railway, Pharma, SPM, Marine, and Defense.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Industrial Networking and Computing sectors.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within targeted industries.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Automotive, Power, Oil & Gas, Railway, Pharma, SPM, Marine, and Defense sectors.

Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to provide clients with tailored solutions, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product offerings.

Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and reports, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Networking: Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and expand professional networks. 

Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on product features, benefits, and applications.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 

Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and marketing within the Industrial Networking and Computing sectors, preferably with knowledge of IIOT, SCADA, and related technologies.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of target industries (Automotive, Oil & Gas, etc.) and their specific networking and computing needs.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

Motivation: Self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
