Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in (Electronics & Communication / Power Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation OR if graduate in any commerce field with String Inverter sales Experience.

Experience: 5 to 8 yrs

Location: Ahmadabad (Nana Chiloda)

Salary: As per industry standard

Skills Required

  • Extensive experience in developing customers in Commercial and Industrial Segment.
  • Deep understanding of converting Utility scale project customers
  • Knowledge of residential inverter market is a plus but not required
  • Self-motivator with a minimum of 5 years sales experience in the solar
  • Ability to network with large EPC’s to convert orders.
  • Professional who is familiar with the key account development process, project management and bidding process.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, qualifying and acquiring new customers as well as managing existing relationship with customers in solar PV inverter wholesales/distributions, EPCs and related business within a defined region.
  • Instill customer confidence based upon strong technical understanding of products/systems and implementation of thatknowledge into customer solutions.
  • Providing Necessary technical support & Quotations to Clients.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasting.
  • Recruit and develop sales team.
  • Conduct market/government policy analysis.
  • Provide segment wise competitor analysis to management.
