Job Overview:
Lubi Electronics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer for Solar Projects, including Rooftop and Ground Mount systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical engineering and at least 7 years of experience in solar project management. This is a critical role requiring immediate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Prepare and manage BOQ, BOM, plant layouts, and electrical drawings.
• Handle GEDA registration, CEIG approvals, NOC processes, SLDC registration, and DISCOM billing.
• Manage RTU registration, real-time data integration, DSM management, forecasting & scheduling.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet financial objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals.
• Lead project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities effectively.
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance throughout the project.
• Maintain accurate project documentation for regulatory and future needs.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct periodic reviews and meetings to track status and resolve issues.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes during all project phases.

Key Skills

1. Proven industry experience in solar project management.
2. Strong knowledge of renewable energy standards, especially solar industry regulations.
3. Familiarity with GERC, Discom Policies, and Solar Policies.
4. Proficient in regulatory documentation and approval processes (Nodal Agencies, CEIG, DISCOM, GETCO, SLDC, ALDC).
5. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage contracts and project finances.
7. Team management and leadership abilities.

Software Skills:

• AutoCAD / GstarCAD
• PV Syst
• SolidWorks

Qualification:

• Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 7+ years in solar project execution and management
