The role involves providing technical expertise on SMPS products, understanding customer application requirements, supporting testing and troubleshooting, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver reliable power solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand application needs in telecom, data centers, industrial, and renewable sectors
- Address technical queries, deviations, and customization requests
- Support product testing as per customer and industry standards
- Analyze customer-reported issues and perform root cause analysis
- Coordinate with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams for corrective actions
- Recommend suitable SMPS solutions based on customer requirements
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for SMPS products
- Prepare application notes, design guides, test reports, and datasheets
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SMPS topologies and power electronics fundamentals
- Fault analysis and troubleshooting expertise
