Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a passionate Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Engineer to elevate our sales efforts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for building relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Drive New Business: Identify and engage potential customers across various industries to achieve sales targets.

Client Engagement: Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes while maintaining strong follow-ups on leads.

Account Management: Nurture and expand existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies and action plans.

Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activities and craft effective counter-strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Results-Driven: Exhibit a relentless drive to outperform and excel in a rapidly growing environment.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 4+ years in sales, particularly in technical sales roles.

Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.

Travel Ready: Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and team members.
