Job Overview
Lubi Electronics is seeking a motivated and result-driven Analysis Engineer responsible for field failure analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of SMPS power supplies.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform failure analysis of SMPS power supplies, including methodology definition and scope documentation
- Investigate root causes related to components, circuitry, PCB layout, thermal stress, EMI/ESD, and electrical overstress
- Analyze failures during development, production, reliability testing, and field returns (RMA)
- Conduct bench-level troubleshooting and debugging using oscilloscope, DMM, power analyzer, and other lab equipment
- Review schematics, BOMs, and PCB layouts to identify potential failure mechanisms
- Prepare detailed failure analysis reports covering root cause, failure mechanism, and corrective actions
- Collect field data and customer feedback to support root cause analysis
- Collaborate with design, quality, manufacturing, and supplier teams to resolve issues and improve product reliability
