Job Overview
Lubi Electronics is seeking a motivated and result-driven Application Engineer (CNC Controller Installation & Commissioning) with hands-on experience in Siemens 808D & Siemens 828D controllers. The role involves on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support for CNC machines.

- BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of Siemens 808D and 828D CNC controllers.
- Electrical wiring verification, I/O mapping, and parameter setting.
- Servo and spindle drive setup, tuning, and optimization.
- Basic PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Machine startup, testing, and cycle run support.
- Coordination with mechanical teams during commissioning activities.
- On-site troubleshooting during warranty and service visits.
- Provide basic customer training on machine operation when required.
- Preparation and submission of commissioning and service reports.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Siemens CNC controllers.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine electrical systems and wiring diagrams.
- Experience in servo and spindle tuning.
- Basic knowledge of Siemens PLC.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
