Job Overview
Lubi Electronics is seeking a motivated and result-driven Application Engineer (CNC Laser Controller Installation & Commissioning) with hands-on experience in FScut 2000C/E, FScut 4000E and Laser Heads – BM111 / Raytools BLT310. The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and on-site support of CNC laser cutting machines.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of CNC laser controllers (FScut 2000C/E & 4000E).
- Laser head installation and alignment (BM111, Raytools BLT310).
- Electrical wiring verification, I/O checking, and parameter configuration.
- Machine startup, cutting parameter setup, and test cutting support.
- Troubleshooting CNC laser machine alarms and operational issues.
- Coordination with mechanical and application teams during commissioning.
- On-site service support during warranty and breakdown calls.
- Basic customer training on machine operation and safety.
- Preparation of installation, commissioning, and service reports.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with FScut CNC laser controllers.
- Knowledge of laser cutting machine electrical systems.
- Experience with laser head setup, focus adjustment, and calibration.
- Understanding of servo drives, motors, and CNC parameters.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
