Job Overview
Lubi Electronics is seeking a motivated and result-driven Application Engineer (CNC Router Controller Installation & Commissioning) with hands-on experience in Weihong NK105 G2/G3 controllers. The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support for CNC router machines.
Education Required
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation

Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of Weihong NK105 G2/G3 controllers
- Electrical wiring verification, I/O mapping, and parameter setting
- Servo and spindle drive setup and tuning
- Machine startup, testing, and cycle run support
- Coordination with mechanical teams during commissioning
- On-site troubleshooting during warranty and service visits
- Customer training on basic machine operation, if required
- Preparation of commissioning and service reports
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Weihong NK105 G2/G3 controllers
- Knowledge of CNC router machine electricals and wiring diagrams
- Servo and spindle tuning experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel across India
