Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot industrial automation and test & measurement systems using LabVIEW.
- Develop HMI, data acquisition, data logging, and reporting applications in LabVIEW.
- Ensure implementation of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
- Interface hardware devices such as DAQ systems, PLCs, sensors, instruments, and motion controllers.
- Configure and commission industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA, RS232/RS485, and TCP/IP.
- Perform hardware integration and system validation.
- Develop test sequences, reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
- Support customer installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training.
- Prepare technical documents, user manuals, FAT/SAT reports, and validation documents.
- Provide on-site support and travel for project execution when required.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in NI LabVIEW application development.
- Experience with National Instruments (NI) DAQ, cDAQ, or similar hardware platforms.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, TCP/IP, RS232/RS485).
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting and instrumentation.
- Understanding of electrical control panels, sensors, signal conditioning, and data acquisition systems.
- Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and validation documentation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
