Job Overview:
Lubi Electronics is seeking a motivated and result-driven Manager / Associate Manager - HR. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the entire HR function across Plant and Corporate operations. The incumbent will act as a strategic HR partner, ensuring seamless integration of plant HR, corporate HR, industrial relations, and compliance while driving organizational effectiveness and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Overall HR Leadership
- Lead end-to-end HR function for both Plant and Corporate office
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders for HR planning and execution
- Align HR strategies with organizational goals and business growth
2. Plant HR & Industrial Relations
- Manage plant HR operations including manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding
- Handle industrial relations (IR), union management, and grievance handling
- Ensure smooth plant operations through effective workforce management
- Drive employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment
3. Corporate HR Management
- Oversee corporate HR functions including talent acquisition, PMS, L&D, and OD initiatives
- Drive performance management systems and leadership development programs
- Support employer branding and HR transformation initiatives
4. Compliance & Statutory Management
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws (Factories Act, CLRA, ESIC, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Conduct compliance audits and ensure adherence to statutory requirements
- Monitor contractor compliance and documentation
5. HR Operations & Governance
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, shift management, and HR operations
- Implement HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks
- Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making
6. Employee Relations & Culture
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations
- Foster a culture of transparency, engagement, and high performance
- Guide managers on people-related matters and conflict resolution
7. Plant and Corporate Visits
- Conduct plant visits as and when required to understand workforce challenges and operational needs
- Monitor HR practices at plant level and ensure alignment with corporate policies
- Address employee concerns and ensure effective implementation of HR processes and compliance at site
Key Requirements:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- 08 - 14 years of experience handling both Plant HR and Corporate HR
- Strong exposure to Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, and Compliance
- Proven ability to lead HR function independently
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
