Job Overview:
Lubi Electronics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Application Engineer to lead the deployment of PLC-based machine system integration. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and excellent client interaction skills. This role also includes regulatory compliance management and enterprise-level reporting system design.
Education Required:
Diploma & BE in EC/IC/EE/ Mechatronics Engineering or relevant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing the company products and other details of sales and service requests for providing the same to the customers for technical support.
- Analyzing technological problems in installed application systems, checking its technical resolution and working condition, and fixing the same if required.
- Collaborating with sales team, engineers, and product managers for obtaining accurate information of application usage, system operations, and product management.
- Traveling to visit potential clients.
- Maintaining existing long term relationship with customers.
- Working with existing customer to help them get the most out of the products they have bought.
- Manage all technical aspects of customer queries.
- Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Candidate Should have Experience in Installation ,Commissioning & Programming of automation products like Servo, BLDC, Gear Motor, Linear Motor, Drive, PLC , HMI, Sensors ,and other associated Products.
- Proven ability to lead teams, coach junior engineers, and conduct performance reviews.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, including handling presentations and escalations.
- l Effective project management, multitasking, and risk management capabilities.
- Good Interpersonal Skills
