Field Sales Engineer – SMPS Products

Job Overview

Lubi Electronics is hiring a Field Sales Engineer for SMPS Products Sales in Bengaluru.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in industrial electronics, power supply solutions, and B2B technical sales. The role involves field sales, business development, customer handling, and technical support for SMPS and industrial power solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, E&TC, or related field
  • MBA or Sales Certification (Preferred)
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in SMPS / Power Supply / Industrial Electronics Sales

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities for SMPS and industrial power supply products
  • Conduct field visits and meet OEMs, system integrators, panel builders, and industrial customers
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across Bengaluru region
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Product Sales & Technical Support

Promote and sell products such as:

  • SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supplies)
  • DIN Rail Power Supplies
  • Industrial Power Solutions
  • Battery Chargers & Related Industrial Electronic Products

Additional responsibilities:

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable power supply solutions
  • Provide technical product presentations and demonstrations
  • Coordinate with customers for technical discussions and commercial closures

Pre-Sales & Customer Handling

  • Prepare techno-commercial offers and quotations
  • Support customers with product selection and application understanding
  • Follow up on enquiries, negotiations, and order closures
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery updates
  • Support smooth execution of customer requirements and after-sales coordination

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of SMPS, power electronics, and industrial automation products
  • Understanding of industrial applications and electrical systems
  • Experience in B2B sales / industrial sales / field sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage customer relationships independently
  • Willingness to travel for field sales activities
