Job Overview
Lubi Electronics is hiring ITI Technicians / IT Hardware Support Engineers (Field Service) for multiple locations including Bengaluru, Delhi, and Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for IT hardware support jobs, desktop support roles, and field service engineer jobs.
The role involves on-site installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT hardware systems, including desktops, servers, and basic networking devices.
Education Required:
- ITI (Electronics / COPA / IT) or Diploma in Computer / IT.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware & networking

Key Responsibilities
Field Service & Technical Support
- Visit customer sites for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT hardware
- Handle service calls and breakdown issues within defined TAT
- Provide support for:
- Desktop computers
- Servers & workstations
- Basic networking devices
Hardware Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Perform hardware diagnostics (RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, etc.)
- Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and software
- Support server hardware tasks (rack mounting, RAID checks, part replacement)
- Conduct preventive maintenance (AMC visits)
Service Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain service reports, call logs, and documentation
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for warranty support and spare replacement
- Ensure minimum downtime and high customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of desktop hardware troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of server hardware (Dell / HP / Lenovo preferred)
- Knowledge of Windows OS installation and basic Linux
- Familiarity with LAN networking, IP configuration
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
Other Requirements
- Willingness to work in field service / on-site support role
- Ready for frequent travel and site visits
- Must have two-wheeler (preferred)
- Flexible working hours based on service calls
Preferred / Additional Skills
- Experience in server support (rack, RAID, firmware updates)
- Knowledge of industrial PCs / embedded systems
- Exposure to ticketing tools or CRM systems
