Job Overview:
Lubi Electronics is seeking a motivated and skilled Network Engineer (CCNA). This role is suitable for an entry- to mid-level networking professional responsible for configuring, managing, and troubleshooting small to medium-sized enterprise networks to ensure reliable and secure data communication.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent industry experience.
Certifications (Optional but Valuable):
- Cisco CCNA certification (required or in progress).
- Cisco CCNP – preferred for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Network Operations:
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN connectivity issues.
Configuration & Troubleshooting:
- Implement and maintain routing protocols.
- Configure VLANs, trunking, and inter-VLAN routing.
- Manage Access Control Lists (ACLs) and basic firewall rules.
Network Security:
- Implement network security fundamentals such as AAA, port security, and security policies.
- Monitor vulnerabilities and assist in security incident response.
- Configure secure remote access using SSH and VPN.
Documentation & Support:
- Maintain network diagrams, configurations, and SOPs.
- Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 technical support and escalation.
- Assist in network upgrades and new implementations.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Subnetting, DHCP, DNS, and NAT.
- Hands-on experience in routing and switching (Cisco IOS).
- Basic knowledge of firewalls and security concepts.
- Wireless networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
- Understanding of IPv6.
