Lubi Electronics is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager - Industrial PC (IPC) to manage and oversee daily production operations, including IPC assembly, component integration, configuration, testing, and delivery. The role involves production planning, team management, quality control, inventory management, and coordination with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient production processes and timely delivery.
Eligibility & Education Criteria
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing and IPC production processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Management:
- Manage daily IPC production planning, assembly, testing, and delivery activities.
- Ensure production targets and delivery timelines are achieved.
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow, managing production manpower and allocating responsibilities effectively.
2. IPC Assembly & Technical Operations:
- Handle and supervise Industrial PC (IPC) assembly and component integration.
- Oversee BIOS configuration, system setup, and functional testing.
- Ensure proper system configuration and product readiness before dispatch, coordinating with the technical team to resolve production-related issues.
3. Quality Control & Process Improvement:
- Ensure adherence to defined quality standards and production processes.
- Identify opportunities to reduce production costs, rework, and rejection rates.
- Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and maintain proper testing records and quality documentation.
4. Material & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Engineering, and Sales teams.
- Ensure timely availability of components, monitor material consumption, and track inventory requirements.
- Maintain production reports, Bill of Materials (BOM), and testing records.
5. Team Management & Reporting:
- Manage and supervise production team members, monitoring team performance to ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Prepare and maintain daily and periodic production reports, ensuring effective cross-departmental coordination.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing and IPC production processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of Industrial PC assembly, component integration, BIOS configuration, system setup, and hardware testing.
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and BOM.
- Strong team management, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules while reducing costs, rework, and rejection rates.
