Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Client Engagement
- Conduct field sales activities in Ahmedabad and nearby regions
- Visit customers, understand requirements, and recommend IT hardware solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations at client sites
IT Hardware Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell IT hardware products such as:
- Industrial PCs
- Servers and storage devices
- Embedded systems and peripherals
- Generate leads through channel partners, system integrators, and B2B networks
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Pre-Sales & Solution Support
- Provide pre-sales technical support for IT infrastructure solutions
- Prepare BoQ, techno-commercial proposals, and product comparisons
- Suggest optimized hardware configurations based on client needs
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with enterprise and industrial clients
- Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close deals
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Internal Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Support smooth project execution and post-sales assistance
Required Skills
- Knowledge of IT hardware, computer systems, and networking fundamentals
- Experience in field sales / IT hardware sales / B2B sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities
