Job Overview:
Lubi Electronics is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Engineer to promote and expand our Linear Motion Products business across the North Region. The role involves new business development, customer relationship management, and providing technical solutions to meet client requirements.
Products Handled:
- Linear Bearings
- Linear Guides
- Linear Ball Screws
- Gauges
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the North Region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer applications and recommend technical solutions using linear motion products.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales of industrial or engineering components.
- Strong technical knowledge of Linear Bearings, Linear Guides, Ball Screws, and Gauges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
