Job Overview:
A Sales Engineer for Industrial computing & Networking products acts as a bridge between the technical team and customers. The role involves promoting and selling Product solutions (industrial Computing, Ethernet switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, industrial solutions), Providing pre-sales support, and ensuring successful deployment in customer environments.
Education Required:
- B.Tech. / Diploma in Electronics, IT, Computer Science or Any Graduation
- MBA or relevant sales certification will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Technical Support: Understand customer requirements Conduct product demos, presentations, and technical workshops along with technical team. Recommend suitable networking solutions based on customer use cases. Assist in designing network architectures, BoQ preparation, and solution documentation.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage new customers. Promote vendor networking products. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets. Generate leads through partners, system integrators, and channel networks.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customer technical teams and procurement teams. Follow up on proposals, handle objections, and close deals. Maintain post-sales engagement to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proposal, Tender & Documentation Support: Prepare techno-commercial proposals, Competition product comparisons, and network diagrams. Ensure compliance with tender specifications for government/enterprise bids. Collaborate with OEMs/contractors for product positioning and pricing.
- Project Coordination & Support: Coordinate with delivery and technical teams for solution implementation. Helped during deployment when needed.
- Market & Technology Awareness: Stay updated on new technologies: Track competitor solutions and pricing.
