Job Overview:
Lubi Electronics is seeking a motivated and result-driven Manager / Sr Manager – Business Development (Captive & RESCO). We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development professional with strong expertise in Captive, Group Captive, and RESCO models within the renewable energy sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Group Captive, and RESCO segments.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure.
- Structure and negotiate complex power sale agreements (PSA/PPA).
- Develop relationships with C&I (Commercial & Industrial) clients.
- Analyze customer energy requirements and propose optimal solar/renewable solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) for project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Drive strategic partnerships with developers, investors, and corporates.
- Achieve assigned revenue and capacity targets.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of:
- Captive & Group Captive structures
- RESCO / OPEX models
- Open access regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and deal structuring capability.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex transactions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Regulatory Knowledge (Must Have)
- In-depth knowledge of state policies and regulations for:
- Gujarat
- Rajasthan
- Maharashtra
- Understanding of:
- Open access approvals
- Banking & wheeling charges
- Cross-subsidy surcharge (CSS)
- Group captive compliance norms
Preferred Profile
- Prior experience in solar/renewable energy companies.
- Proven track record of closing large-ticket deals.
- Existing network in C&I segment will be a strong advantage.
