Gear Head for High-Efficiency Control

Panasonic Gear Head series various types of gear heads are available. They are compact in size suitable for various appications. They are highly efficient so they will provide reliable continouas operation and long life expectancy with minimum or no maintanance. The X type Panasonic Gear Head is available in a metal bearing model and or a ball bearing type. The P type (90 mm sq. only) is high torque type. its maximum permissible shaft torque is 29.4 Nm. 22 reduction ratios from 1/3 to 1/180 are available for the X type Panasonic Gear Head . 23 reduction ratios from 1/3 to 1/200 are available for the Y and Z types Panasonic Gear Head .When the decimal gear head (reduction ratio: 1/10) is used, a reduction ratio of up to 1/1800 (1/2000 for the Y and Z types) can be attained. The X type and Z type of 90 mm sq. are available in right-angle type. The gear heads will withstand 2 million start and stop cycles.
