The Delta DVP28SV311S PLC CPU provides high processing speed, robust motion capabilities, and broad networking versatility in a space-saving slim form factor. Leveraging Delta’s 32-bit SoC processing core, the DVP-SV3 platform executes basic logic instructions in 25 ns, delivering real-time responsiveness for high-speed packaging, labeling, electronics assembly, semiconductor fabrication, and automated sorting systems.

Equipped with 12 PNP (source) transistor outputs, the DVP28SV311S is designed for direct integration into control systems utilizing 24V DC positive-switching logic commonly required by European machinery standards and modern safety architectures. Its 4 channels of 200 kHz high-speed pulse outputs allow multi-axis coordinated motion, electronic camming, and precision servo/stepper positioning. The integrated CANopen port includes a dedicated Delta Motion Mode that can directly control up to 8 Delta servo drives and 8 AC motor drives without manual mapping of DS301 communication tables. Programmed via Delta’s DIADesigner (IEC 61131-3 compliant) and ISPSoft, engineers can easily implement tag-based programming, structured text, and secure SCADA/MES connectivity.
