Lubi LETC96M2 delivers industrial thermal management for central control architectures, continuous annealing furnaces, and complex polymer processing systems. With its 4-digit dual-display architecture (0.8" White PV and 0.56" Green SV), operators can monitor process trends and deviations from a distance.
Equipped with an isolated RS-485 serial communication port, the LETC96M2 integrates directly into plant SCADA, PLC, and DCS topologies using the Modbus RTU protocol. Automation engineers can remotely configure setpoints, read process variables, monitor alarm flags, and adjust PID coefficients across baud rates up to 38,400 bps.
Hardware capabilities include two independent 10A SPDT relays (enabling primary heating/cooling alongside dedicated high/low safety interlocks) plus a fast-cycling 12V DC SSR drive for solid-state switching.
