Requirement

The OEM required a PLC based control upgrade with servo synchronized material pulling, precise photoelectric print tracking, stable web tension management, and uniform temperature controlled sealing. The solution needed compatibility with laminated CPP film and medicated paper, modular attachment support, automated counting with alarms, and adaptability for both medical pouches and roll formats.

Challenges

Our Solution

We integrated a modern PLC control platform combined with servo driven material pulling to achieve synchronized motion accuracy.
