The OEM required a PLC based control upgrade with servo synchronized material pulling, precise photoelectric print tracking, stable web tension management, and uniform temperature controlled sealing. The solution needed compatibility with laminated CPP film and medicated paper, modular attachment support, automated counting with alarms, and adaptability for both medical pouches and roll formats.

The existing system relied on conventional control methods, limiting motion synchronization accuracy. Print misalignment affected packaging presentation and compliance marking.
