Requirements
The customer required an automated inspection solution capable of inspecting bearings from both sides before assembly. The system needed to verify bearing orientation, detect physical defects, inspect laser markings and labels, and eliminate manual inspection errors. The solution also had to integrate seamlessly with the customer's existing production line while maintaining high inspection accuracy and supporting continuous manufacturing operations.
